​Hi there, my name is Sara. I use the pronouns she and her. I was born and raised in Michigan, moving from Metro Detroit to Greater Lansing and back. In the realm of change and healing, my interest areas include: sexual wellness and healing, relationship and intimacy concerns, and adjustment. My specialty is guiding women and gender expansive people in their sexual safety, exploration, and expression, along with deepening relationship with self and others. This work can be done whether you identify as monogamous, non-monogamous, ambiamory, or on the aromantic-asexual spectrum. 

 

Throughout my education and early career, I worked with survivors of domestic and sexual violence in a variety of settings, including clinical spaces, judicial system, and community agencies. I have volunteered in areas such as suicide prevention, substance use recovery, and hospice.
